3.2 Custom Orders – We support project‑based customization for size, colour, and system configuration. Custom orders require confirmation of specifications and may have different lead times. Contact our sales team for details.
3.3 Pricing – All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Bulk and wholesale pricing is available for qualified partners.
3.4 Payment – Payment terms will be specified at the time of order. We reserve the right to require deposit or full payment before shipment for certain orders.

4.2 Inspection Upon Delivery – We require a customer signature confirming the quantity of materials delivered to your site. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
